Microsoft 365 is a versatile platform used for storing and managing client information securely. Below are key details outlining how Microsoft 365 is utilized for this purpose: 

1. Client Information Storage

  • Lists: SharePoint allows you to create custom lists to store client details such as names, contact information, and interaction history. These lists can be customized with various columns to capture all necessary data. 

  • Document Libraries: Ability to store documents related to clients, such as contracts and correspondence, in SharePoint document libraries. These libraries support versioning, metadata, and permissions. 

  

2. Security and Permissions: 

  • Access Control: Microsoft 365 provides robust access control mechanisms, including setting permissions at the site, library, or item level to ensure that only authorized personnel can access sensitive client information.

We process your business data to respond to your requests for technical support, Service information or to any other communication you initiate. For this purpose, we may send you, for example, notifications or emails about the performance of our Service, security, payment transactions, notices regarding this Privacy Policy.
